Given the personal nature of the handcrafted collections Oakbank Organics generally doesn't accept returns.
If the item you ordered arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will:
1. Refund the purchase price, or
2. Replace it at no extra cost
whichever you prefer.
